The Start of the Journey: The Introductory Session

During your initial assessment, we will:

  • Spend time to get to know you.
  • Listen to your concerns.
  • Seek to achieve a comprehensive understanding of your current symptoms & formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses biological, psychosocial, and social/spiritual aspects to achieve recovery and wellness.
  • Discuss your medication and psychosocial and medical history.
  • Review previous records and diagnostic testing when available.

Based on this information and your needs, we may:

  • Order traditional and functional medicine lab tests.
  • Suggest personalized genetic assessments with Self Decode and Genesight.
  • Use standardized assessments to evaluate your symptom, personality, and neuropsychological functioning more thoroughly.
  • Help you integrate your ketamine and/or other psychedelic experiences while collaborating with your KAP therapist.
